This module enables you to make custom made lubricant reports for large fleets. A superb tool if you have customers with mixed truck fleets and/or with industrial machinery. Like all Olyslager programs the Fleet Survey is available in all European languages.

With the Fleet Survey you are able to add vehicles with a high level of detail, exactly matching the vehicles of your customer. This means you can specify each vehicle per component and so you can select the used engine type, transmission and vehicle configuration together with the operating condition of the vehicle. This is of course a necessity if you want to make customer specific lubrication reports.

The program analyses all lubricant needs across the entire fleet and recommends either the most economic or the optimum use of products. This analysis also takes into account the stock of your customer.

The Fleet Survey module can deliver the following analysis and reports:
• A lubricant plan for the complete fleet per vehicle/machine and a specified lubricant overview per individual vehicle/machine
• An overview of all needed/required products
• A fleet objects overview with all details as serial numbers and the quantity of the selected objects
• A report with all details when each object has to be maintained
